Evaluations

Hello 10U families. Welcome to the 2022 lacrosse season. Since the majority of our players are brand new players, and many of our returning players haven't played since U8, we will just have a short warmup with the kids Thursday night and play a non-contact scrimmage game. I don't think a skills session will be of much value since 2/3 of the players have not played previously. We will have 2 teams this year, and there will be parity between the 2 teams. Goalie gear will be provided for each team and we encourage the coaches to have as many kids try goalie as possible as we are trying to grow the position within our association. If the teams look evenly balanced after the 2nd evaluation session we will just have a shared practice for the final floor time of evaluations which is after spring break. Please try and make as many sessions as you can so we can ensure the teams are even. Finally, please ensure your child wears full equipment for the evaluation sessions.
