Coaches Corner - Tip of the Week

APRIL - It is never too early to begin teaching the value of the 2-man game.  The following video gives a great demonstration for offensive players and coaches to work the pick & roll into your practices, which will set our players up for some great motion offence in the future.

MARCH - Great coaches aren't easy to find, but finding one's that can teach the technical skills for a lacrosse goalie are very rare!  This video has several great drills we hope that you will incorporate into your season plans to both improve existing goalies and encourage others to try the position with confidence.  Enjoy!
