Lead Instructor for the GELC Winter Development Program

The Opportunity
The GELC requires a Competitive Introduction Trained Coach to work with the GELC office on the delivery of our Winter Development Program. If you understand the drive to compete but believe in balancing that with mentorship, we want to meet you.

The Role
Availability weekends and weeknights as required. 
The ability to work with young children is imperative.
The Coach, Leads and Supervises the team in all practices, games, and activities
Establish practice plans in consultation with assistant coaches
Plan the formulation of individual practices providing an enthusiastic, encouraging, and fun environment.
To create a strong learning environment and instill in the participants the desire to play lacrosse.
Qualifications

Required: Strong leadership skills, the ability to engage adults and children, promote the sport of lacrosse in a positive manner.

• Committed to athlete development
• Successful Criminal Record Check
• Competitive Introduction Trained

Remuneration

• Remuneration dependent on experience.  ($25.00 to $35.00 an hour) Part Time (Minimum) 6 hours a week.
