Managers Game Day Prep

PREPARATION BEFORE THE GAME   GELC RESOURCE (refer to page 10)

Home team Responsibilities:

1. Game sheet ready 15 minutes prior to the start of the game, adjust Roster as needed and sign. 
2. NEW FOR 2026 as per GELC: Three minor officials shot clock, score sheet and penalty box.
3. Ensure jersey colors do no conflict.  Typically home team is to wear dark jerseys.  

Visiting Team Responsibilities:

1. Game sheets ready prior to game start time, Adjust roster as needed and sign prior to game.
2.   Two minor officials, 1 to run the Time clock and 1 for their Penalty Box.

3.  Visiting team to wear Light jerseys.

**IMPORTANT**The officials are not downloading the app this year (2026). The Officials have been instructed to do this:

1. The Officials will need to review the score keepers device to review the roster and bench staff

2. The Officials will need to ask the score keepers to add their names

3. The Officials will need to sign off on the score keepers device after the game
