• Here’s a simple checklist to help you get your season started—feel free to adjust it as needed.

 MANAGER CHECKLIST

• All bench staff and managers must register themselves on RAMP

Steps to register as a Coach or Manager in RAMP:

1. Log in to your player’s RAMP account.
2. Click the “My Account Members” dropdown. If you have not been added yet, select “Add an Account Member.”
3. Click “Register” and choose “Staff.”
   Please do not register your child as staff.

Important: All bench staff (coaches, managers, trainers) must be registered in RAMP as staff.

Every family on your team will be expected to help with game day roles.

As per GELC requirements:

• Home games: 3 volunteers (Shot Clock, Penalty Box, Score Sheet)
• Away games: 2 volunteers (Penalty Box, Timekeeper)

• The Glenn Hall clock now uses the Blitz Sports app. Please have parents download it before your first game, as visiting teams will also need the app to run the clock at Glenn Hall.
• If you’d like to have music at your game, you’ll also need an AUX cable.

If you wish to print your roster on stickers, it is important you use clear stickers.  No team name, logo or coaches information on the sticker.  This must be written in the appropriate spot. GAMESHEET LABELS - Avery Label 7663 (2" x 4" 10 per page CLEAR)
